Triggers for mental shifts

  1. Situations in where you need to be in alert state (ex. When someone hurts you physically, loud noises, too much stimulus around.)

  2. Thinking of what would you react as your theriotype in certain situations 

  3. Watch videos on your theriotype but put yourself inside their perspective 

  4. Feelings like anger, sadness, happiness, etc.

  5. Studying, analyzing and learning about your theriotype.

  6. Exercise mostly running, swimming, as long as it's a constant thing at the same pace.

  7. Floating in a water source can make it easier to meditate and m-shift
