Meditation guide
1. Find a place without distractions.
2. Sit or lay in your bed comfortably.
3. Close your eyes so you can be more focused
4. Simply start breathing naturally.
5. Focus your attention in your breath and how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation. Or another thing you can do (if you can't keep your concentration in your breath) is start counting your breathing from 1 to 100 just focusing in the numbers, if your mind wanders try to bring your attention back to your main focus, and remember not to get frustrated if you keep defocusing too much, meditation is like a muscle and you will need to practice a lot to be able to focus more.
