Needle Method

  1. Find a place that you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 20 minutes. 

  2. Take a three deep breaths while letting the muscles relax with each exhale.

  3. Countdown slowly from ten to one.

  4. Relax each muscle consciously but don’t move with willpower.

  5. Imagine that there is a needle in front of you.

  6. Imagine it is sharp and poke yourself with it to prove that it is realistic.

  7. now imagine it slowly turning into a box.

  8. make the box as intricate as possible.

  9. do whatever you want.
