Needle Method
-
Find a place that you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Take a three deep breaths while letting the muscles relax with each exhale.

Countdown slowly from ten to one.

Relax each muscle consciously but don’t move with willpower.

Imagine that there is a needle in front of you.
-
Imagine it is sharp and poke yourself with it to prove that it is realistic.
-
now imagine it slowly turning into a box.
-
make the box as intricate as possible.
-
do whatever you want.
