Mental/Phantom shifting

  1. You don't have to do anything except close your eyes and focus on your theriotype’s body.

  2. First focus on the stomach, then (if beginner just do one direction) move towards the shoulders and hips.

  3. Feel the body, then move towards the legs and arms and so on.

  4.  Then think when you do your head you will be… in your mind.

  5.  Just focus on it until you can open your eyes and still feel it.
