The blanket method

  1. Find a place that you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 20 minute.

  2. Take a three deep breaths while letting the muscles relax with each exhale.

  3. Countdown slowly from ten to one. 

  4. Relax each muscle consciously but don’t move with willpower.

  5. Imagine a string holding your conciseness and give it intent on what you want to happen.

  6. Imagine that the string turns into a blanket. 

  7. Let the blanket multiply your will to do the intent.
