The blanket method

Find a place that you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 20 minute.

Take a three deep breaths while letting the muscles relax with each exhale.

Countdown slowly from ten to one.

Relax each muscle consciously but don’t move with willpower.

Imagine a string holding your conciseness and give it intent on what you want to happen.
-
Imagine that the string turns into a blanket.
-
Let the blanket multiply your will to do the intent.
