How To find Your Energy?
You know when you look at your leg, then you feel it. Energy is kind of like that. When you have perception of something you have awareness of it. Electrical impulses in the brain’s neurons are what cause your perception of what is happening. Perception allows you to see or sense the world around you. There are more senses that the five main senses that everyone knows about. The main senses are taste, touch, smell, sight, and hearing. But there are many more that correspond to different stimuli. Such as the scientifically proven heat, time, space (or spatial awareness), and consciousness.
What you sense as energy may change what you imagine energy to be. For example, when you think of energy do you think of a color, or taste, or feel something different? Your perception of the world can change your feeling of energy. Every person can see the same color differently, so everyone can think of energy differently.
First imagine what you would think of energy. Energy to me is waves that you can feel but not see or hear. I first found energy when I was meditating. I found a void filled with nothing but a walkway. Then I started feeling the void filling with waves of sound that I could not hear. You know when you feel something on the edge of your consciousness, but you can feel it? That is what energy is to me. Other people may discover their perception of energy differently.
Finally how can you find your energy? Well this is one of the many ways to do this. First you need to enter a deep meditation. Second you need to visualize a void. You are floating in that void. Now think of that void filling with your idea of energy. Remember that feeling of energy.
