​​The Light Method

  1. Find a place that you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 20 minutes.

  2. Take a three deep breaths while letting the muscles relax with each exhale.

  3. Countdown slowly from ten to one.  

  4. Relax each muscle consciously but don’t move with willpower.

  5. Imagine little bits of light in the place of your most relaxed muscle.

  6. Give the light relaxing purposely by thinking of it relaxing your body where the light touches.

  7. Try to spread the light throughout and fill up your body with the light.

  8. The brighter the light the more relaxed and powerful it is give the light your intention by thinking on what you want to happen.
