The Energy System

 

The common thing that most beginners forget early on and only pick up at later times is understanding how the energetic system works, or at least comprehending a little bit of it.

The energy system contrary to popular belief isn't a all powerful system that can not be damaged, it is much like the physical body in the way that it can get sick, damaged, and works like a machine in many ways, But lets cover the sick/damaged part first.

Energy systems can and will be damaged in a similar manner to how you get sick physically. Environmental taint fro the environment building up in the energy system creating a sick like effect. This is natural damage and why cleansing should be done daily.

​

While parts of the energy system can also fail in a similar manner to a organ failure. They can also be damaged in unnatural ways that need healing to be fixed relatively quick.

Moving on, the next part is the organ system.

The energy body has organ like structures that work together to combine and work functions in your energy system, many of them are Chakras while there are also veins, or Meridians that flow the energy through your system.

Crown Chakra: Third Eye: Throat Chakra: Heart Chakra: Solar Plexus: Sacral Chakra: Root Chakra.

The next part is the nadis or energy points, they are small structures that are similar to chakras throughout your energy system.
