Introduction To Feeling Energy

 

For this lesson we will be focusing on getting you to feel your first glimpse of energy initiate! Now then if you have not read the previous lesson I suggest you do such before you even attempt to read this, as understanding the previous parts of this will be the best thing you can do.

Now then, to start off with feeling energy, I wish for you to sit down in a way that you are comfortable, laying, etc, but sitting is the best in this case. Now then, I want you to calm down and start taking deep breaths, this should start allowing you to fall into a slight relaxed state.

This in of itself is a basic form of mediation, but you do not need to really go that much deeper for the method I am teaching you.

The next part of the lesson, I wish for you to just become aware of every feeling in your body. Look for your heartbeat, your breathing, every small tingle across your body. Ever small ache, any movement of your limbs, etc. Now. Look past those, look for sensations that you do not recognize as any of these

You may be confused as to what I mean by that, look for any sensations that you can not describe as to belonging to anything physical, look beyond the physical, inside of yourself that is, do not focus on anything that isn’t in your body. Just keep looking in until you find that one sensation. Once you do, you will know it instantly and you will have accomplished feeling your energy,

For the next part of the lesson, I will be leaving you with a piece of homework to accomplish.

I wish for you to train this as much as you can daily, say, for 30 minutes a day just work on feeling your energy, once you have done such long enough, work on bringing it out as a passive feeling that does not require meditation.
